 The farm is located about 15 km
outside of Montaione on the outskirts of Castelfalfi, with a beautiful
panoramic position overlooking the valleys and on the Tuscan hills. 420 olive trees (extra virgin olive
oil) and 2.5 ha of vineyards with Sangiovese, Trebbiano and Canaiolo
Colorino and grapes, and 130 sh,eep belonging to the farm.
Restaurants
and shopping around 3000 m, more in Castellare about 13 km, pizzeria
with supermarket and restaurants in Alberi and Mura 16 km 19 km and 15
km in Montaione Other Distances: San Gimignano 25 km, Volterra ca . 30 km, Florence 60 km, Siena approx 55 km, coast about 50 km.
The
owners
have with a lot of love in a detached house three apartments furnished
with separate entrances and well equipped. A FW is in the first Floor
with a terrace and a magnificent panorama. Inside you will find the typical
Tuscan terracotta floors with wood and brick floors before, just to
feel good. Incidentally, all
windows are fitted with mosquito screens. 
The
onsite restaurant
is open for dinner daily.
Dinner must be ordered a day in advance!
Likewise, Italian breakfast can be ordered (ect
consisting of coffee, tea, milk,
bread (homemade)
jam.

Furnishings,
sports, entertainment: All apartments have a dining area
and terrace outside, with garden furniture and umbrellas, pool 10x5.
There
are some picnic areas are available, table tennis, 5 mountain bikes
(rent free), all apartments have central heating, SAT-TV and aera WIFI,
shared washing machine (use free), parking spaces within the facility. Playground,
and a cot for children up to 2 years old, are available.
Fee:
A very nicely situated 18 hole golf course is Castelfalfi about 4 km
from here. Horse riding 3 km,
and tennis.
Sales:
own wine, grappa, peach liqueur, eggs, honey and peccorino (sheep)
